A new, improved Food Court
The Food Court on the 2nd floor of the largest shopping centre in the Nordic countries has been completely redone (2010). Its modern, relaxed appearance was designed by the 6.krs. design agency. The Food Court consists of eight restaurant kitchens and a central foyer. The new restaurants on the 2nd floor along Bulevardi are Suola ja pippuri, serving traditional Finnish delicacies; Mario, serving modern Italian food and ice cream made on location; and Ciao! Caffe. Previous tenants remaining in the Food Court are Fonda Del Sol, a Latin-style steak house; Rodos, a Greek restaurant; Royal Palace, a Chinese restaurant; and the Golden Rax Pizzabuffet family restaurant. The new Food Court can seat almost 700 customers. There are also new and more spacious restroom facilities and a child care room.
The Food Court is open weekdays 11.00–21.00, Saturdays 11.00–19.00 and Sundays 12.00–19.00.
